| The major electronic thick-film paste manufacturers are presented. 20 paste compositions popular in China are listed, including their specifications (STOL, CRV, ESD, stability, etc.), usage and the paste compositions to match them. The weak points of the thick-film paste industry in China are shown, and the suggestions to improve are given.(3 refs.) |
