| The resistance-temperature characteristic of normal thermistors is of exponential function. Therefore, it is difficult for them to be used in temperature measurement, control or compensation. Its linear network is very complex. To solve the problem, thick-film NTC thermistors are devolved, which are equivalent to linear networks with normal NTC thermistors. MnCo2O4CoMn1.5Ni0.5O4 are used as thermo-sensitive phase, borosilicate glass as glass phase and RuO2 as conductive phase. Moreover, the linear mechanism of NTC thermistor is discussed. (5 refs.) |
