| 系统地介绍了现代电子材料，对其中的几种新型材料，如纳米材料、智能材料、梯度材料等作了重点论述。为了从理论上说明新型电子材料的特性，特别着重分析其微观结构。并依此为根据，说明其宏观性能。从材料的微观结构出发，来分类新型材料，并标示出有代表性的材料。此外，还指出了电子材料的一些发展方向。 |

| Microelectronic science and technology are well influenced by electronic materials. Recently, many new electronic materials appear，such as nanometer material, gradient material, polymer material, composite material, intelligent material and environment conscious materials. The structures, preparations, performances, applications, etc of the above-mentioned material are presented. (14 refs) |
