| 设计了一种不同施主掺杂的BaTiO3基正温度系数(PTC)热敏陶瓷的复合,论述了该复合陶瓷的工艺要点,得到了线性度为2%、线性温区宽度为100℃的优质PTC热敏陶瓷,并对结果进行了讨论。 |

| The composition of BaTiO3-based positive temperature coefficient(PTC)thermal sensitize ceramics doped with different donor has been designed.The author outlined the composite ceramics"s process gists,gained high quality PTC thermal sensitize ceramics with 2%linear error and 100 ℃ linear temperature region.By the way the experiment results have been discussed. |
