| In the correlated Rayleigh fading channel,the BER of a 2D-RAKE receiver with maximum SINR is investigated for a single-cell coherent DS-CDMA system.The 2D-RAKE receiver,with high SNR and appropriate 2D-weighting vectors,could achieve the maximal 2D-diversity gain from the completely independent multipath components.Numerical results indicate that, compared to the conventional RAKE or the multi-antenna receiver,the 2D-RAKE receiver promises a substantially additional growth of user capacity and is more suitable to the application of wideband CDMA systems. |
