| The recent developments in standardization of the radio transmission technology (RTT) and network of the third generation mobile communication systems are introduced in this paper,with emphasis on the organization structures of ITU、3GPP and CWTS,and the achievements obtained at 16th,17th meetings of ITU-R TG8/1 and 7th meeting of 3GPP. |
